The Air Zone Tipo has proved to be the ideal choice of school canopy in many applications. Popular uses for this product include outdoor classrooms, playground canopies and sun shade or playground shelters.

The Air Zone Tipo and Max are school canopies that are ideal for permanent shelters or temporary canopies, to create bespoke areas for staff to take the children outdoors to learn and to play. The Air Zone school canopy is the ideal solution for those looking to cover areas of the playground or outdoor space at school. Being modular, larger areas can be covered using a combination of multiple Air Zone Tipo and can be manufactured to specific sizes to suit the application.

The steel framework of the school canopy is available in a galvanised finish and can be powder coated in a choice of colours, creating attractive and exciting play and learning areas. You have complete freedom to create the colour combination you desire, including bright and vibrant primary colours ideal for early year’s environments.

The Air Zone Tipo is available from 3m x 3m up to 7m x 7m and multiples thereof, e.g. 3m x 6m

These modern, attractive canopies are designed to give protection all year round from the elements for outdoor playtime.
The school canopies have a unique gutter system whereby the beams act as gutters. Water runs off the canopy, into the beam, down through the leg columns and out through a drainage hole at the bottom. This helps to prevent puddles from forming in the school yard and pupils getting wet or bringing water into the building. The canopy is 100% UV resistant, waterproof and fire retardant to British Standards BS7157, BS7837 and European M2 classification.
